Abstract:

Art and science have long been categorized as two separate subjects of study. In popular culture, they are seen as the two opposite ends of the personality spectrum. One is either a scientist or an artist. In this talk, we will look at the similarities and differences between the two. And how artistic conceptualization can stimulate public discourse into important issues, such as sustainability, ethics, and emerging technologies.
